COVID-19 Response Update:
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, our highest priority at National Business Solutions is to do our part to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community while adjusting our workplace infrastructure to remain as fully operational as possible. As news of the virus continues to develop daily, NBS will continue posting routine updates while simultaneously monitoring and following health and safety guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Rest assured that our workforce has been diligently working to safeguard our employees and minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 so that NBS can continue to deliver essential services™ to our customers.
For Our Customers & Community:
Due to many of our current clients and customers making the transition to work remotely, NBS would like to offer complimentary services to facilitate this workplace conversion to assist organizations participating in COVID-19 relief efforts.
NBS No Cost Services Offered Through 2020 (offer open to the public)
- Work from Home: Free remote office setup
- VPN Services (Virtual Private Network)
- Service requests from our technicians following CDC guidelines
- Current Rackspace customers can now add Microsoft Teams to their Office 365 account for free for 6 months.
- Printing Assistance*
Printing: * Our company-owned print shop is offering to assist individuals who need printing capabilities, but have offices that are closed. You can submit files electronically, and we will print and deliver the finished product back to you at no charge (within in the city limits). If your remote office is outside the city limits, or if you just prefer, NBS will ship the prints via UPS. The printing cost has been temporarily reduced by 50% as well.

Our Internal Action:
In an effort to minimize the health risk for all involved, a majority of our employees are working remote, however our core parts and supplies distribution continues to remain staffed as usual in order to provide the reliable support you’ve come to expect.

Also a big THANK YOU to all of those in the Willamette Valley choosing to support local. As a locally owned and operated business ourselves; the NBS family understands first-hand the impact of COVID-19 and why it is important now more than ever to keep our community strong, and lend a helping hand to our neighboring businesses. The impact of COVID-19 on smaller/locally owned businesses is much more detrimental compared to their overall impact to bigger box store competitors.
